my waterfall trip …..
This trip took place in february 2014, me and my
friends are holidaying again in the village of Cicadas, Mt. Bunder, Bogor City
decided to go for a trip to Curug (waterfall) Seribu. The entire member there
were 9 of us that morning went to Curug Seribu by motorcycle. Locals used to
call this activity "up" because we had to climb up Mount Bunder,
where the Curug Seribu was located. On the way everything is fine. All members
are also in a fit state, no one is sick or anything. By riding our motorcycle
along the slopes of Mount Bunder the right left is filled with rice fields,
cassava gardens, and villas resorts. Mount Bunder has many waterfall
attractions such as Curug Ngumpet, Curug Cihurang, and Curug Cigamea. But the
highest one is Curug Seribu. That's why we chose Curug Seribu as the
destination.
Arriving at the entrance of Mt Bunder protected
forest we paused to collect the entrance fee (I paid Kenda, Thanks Kenda (^ _
^) and took some photos, and after about thirty minutes we resumed our journey.

foliage The streets keep turning and climbing and then we reach the gate to the
entrance of Curug Seribu From here the motor is rather difficult to pass
because the road is filled with large stones. natural women get off the bike
and go on foot, while the men have to struggle to push their bike.After about
half an hour we arrive at the main entrance of Curug Seribu and from where the
real journey begins.
As the name implies, Curug thousand has ketinggiam
more than a thousand meters. According to the data I read on the internet the
altitude reaches between 705-1050 meters atar sea level with a very heavy rain
water coming from Mount Salak. Yep, Mount Salak Audience! The famous mountain
swallowed many casualties both on land and in the air because the terrain is
still very thick and fog so thick. Therefore the journey to Curug Seribu is not
an easy thing. At first we met a fairly wide grass, somewhat like the hills
teletubies, from here we can see the cluster of Mount Salak Beautiful. Lots of
families and some picnic youth groups in this area. We, especially my
boyfriends, are tired of walking and taking a break. do not forget our photos
are there hehehe. Lucky the sun is not so hot as the weather is always cloudy
at the time. After a satisfied picture we started climbing the mountain through
the valley. This is serious! This is not the lyrics of a hatori ninja song! We
really climbed the mountain and passed the valley.
First we did not forget to pray to be protected by
Allah SWT, then we left, One hour we walked into the forest but not yet seen
the signs of the existence of Curug Seribu. All we see are trees, rocks, and
ravines. Every once in a while the distinctive voice of the forest insects. We
continued down into the forest, darkened and everything was exhausted. and
skitar 1 hour 45 minutes we were up.
Two more hours we enjoyed the natural beauty of
Curug Seribu, swimming in a pool of cold water so
piercing bones. But we do not care, who can also reject the charm of beauty offered by this Creator? I was not keukeuh want to swim and do not bring any clothes directly sink into the pool. Yes drowning, I can not swim hahahaha ... sempet diajarin swim so the same polar bear (read: Ditya) but it does not work. But that did not diminish my euphoria in having fun with everyone else. Can not swim, water any so. Wet body origin all happy.
